The great reset is going really well. Completed my first five days of intermittent fasting doing One Meal A Day (OMAD) — 22hr fasting with a 2-hour eating window, and NO!, I don’t fill those two hours constantly stuffing my face with food! 😄

Next up, the walking exercises, which I’ll probably start this weekend, then back to the 6AM exercise routine from Monday going forward.
