š©ŗ HealthAfter months of struggling to reset my mindset to get back into the exercise habit following my winter hiatus, the time finally came where the will and desire kicked in, and Iām getting things in motion. Starting today.
Started today, with a return to intermittent fasting for at least a week, then regular brisk walks to ease the body back into physical exercise, then full on long walks/jogs that eventually lead to running exercises.Ā
